Revision and Refund Policy

  1. In case you have decided to annul your order before the experts have even commenced their work on it, the annulment charge of 25% would be charged on the total amount which was earlier decided upon between the platform & you. Nonetheless, in case the expert has already commenced the work then you will be given the alternative, either to progress with the order, or the expert will charge an money proportionate to work done along with the annulment charge of 25% of the total agreed amount. The reason behind this rule is that the expert who has already started with your assignment should receive compensation for the work. 

2. In case you were charged twice, and you received two receipts from the payment processing system, do not think twice before contacting us. Send us both receipts on the page or by LIVE CHAT. You will be given an option of reimbursing the money in the wallet or will get the refund in full within the in 7-10 business days.

3. We always make sure that the appropriate expert work on your paper; nonetheless, there is a slight possibility that on rare occasions, the expert is not available. If that does happen, we will make sure that your next assignment is FREE OF COST.

4. Kindly make sure that you provide all paper details and additional materials while placing the order. In rare cases the order could be delivered after the deadline due to the delayed response from the client, complete information or research information is unavailable. However, we always strive to keep it on time & thus, take pride in claiming punctuality rate of above 99.3%. If there is no response to the query in 24 hrs. or if the expert completes the task after waiting, then no changes subsequent to that shall be entertained.

5. The 100% satisfaction policy would make sure that we will permit revision based on initially provided guidelines & instructions till we meet them. However, that should be done according to the frame presented in your payment plan. We will not entertain any revision request after the specified time frame. The time frame is calculated from the date of first submission & there will be no refund in such cases.

6. Although you will never get fail grade in your assignment but even you get fail grade, we will refund you 50% in your client wallet. Nonetheless, the maximum available duration to claim is dependent on payment plan, i.e. 90(Ninety) days for Premium & Standard Payment Plans and 60(Sixty) days for Limited Payment Plan from the date of first complete submission or first submission in case of assignments required partial submissions. Any request after this time period shall not be entertained. 

7. There are three different payment plans to book any assignment – "Limited", "Standard" & "Premium". We distinguish among the services and thus, charge basis the same. The categories differentiate on the basis of user ratings received by the experts on the basis of his/her service & many other benefits. You can also upgrade the order even after payment is done for a lower payment plan & relish the benefits of distinguished services. 8. Cash refund policy does not exist (except clause no. 2) in this service, so in case your claim is genuine then we will make the payment.

9. No refund is permitted after availing the services for a plagiarism report, resume and pre-used assignment solutions.

Please note: If your claim does not fall under the ambit of above-mentioned categories then it will not be considered valid and refund will not be made.
